Currently in .../external/ppp/pppd/auth.c, function check_passwd,
somebody write
{
#if 1
return UPAP_AUTHNAK;
#else
.....
This basically means PAP auth is not allowed on android. Is there any
reason behind this? Can I savely change the #if 1 to #if 0?
