The 1.1 update was very small (basically at the platform level only localization work), so an SDK was not seen as a priority, and it ended up coming out after the update. In hindsight that was a mistake, because there in fact were a few problems that the localization changes introduced. The next update isn't out yet. Maybe we'll do better?
