Hello Vincent, I do not believe RadioInfo.java is a standard application. I don't think it was ever officially released, but I could be mistaken.
I have installed it and gotten it to work (partially) but, at least in my set-up, it required a number of changes related to access to Phone.java and interface not accessible via the SDK.
