It seems that the browser (webkit) doesn't modify it's behavior based on the set of application intent data mimetypes installed.
I tried with a new intent mimetype in an application and the browser accept header didn't change from: Accept: text/xml,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,text/ html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,image/png,*/*;q=0.5 (I tried both 1.0 and 1.5 to see the same behavior) Is there any way to get the browser to include new intent mimetype in it's http accept header of the request so a web service can modify it's behavior for devices that have certain applications installed on them? Perhaps there is some other attribute that I could set on the <data> intent element? thanks, Jason. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
