Hey Dugu,

The problem I had was that I was thinking that the SDK was the same as
the ADT.  It's not.  The ADT can be downloaded from:
http://developer.android.com/sdk/adt_download.html

That should fix the problem.  I note that neither the https nor the
http site seem to be running at this point.
