He means the w3c Wrt spec web widgets

And per the Android Engineers that the changes  needed to be made to
WebView and etc to make that happen are into the future not now..

However, in SDK 1.5 there are some web changes that are interesting.
No longer need to do too much html/xml processing to web text links
from dynamic pages such as html links, phone links and etc see the
sample api example sinthe preview Sdk under view?? I think..
