TelephonyManager's function getCallState can return
ilde,offhook and ringing status,but both the phone dialing and
connected state belong to offhook.So i can't make sure the the phone
call now is dialing or connected.Else what kind of the
PhoneStateListener event can be used,could you teach me,thanks(My SDK
is 0.9 Beta)
