You should not have to copy adb anywhere.

Did you update both ADT and the SDK?

It looks like your using an old ADT and point it to
<sdk>/platforms/android-1.5 so that it doesn't complain about not
finding android.jar.

Please update ADT, and point it to the top level folder of the SDK.
