I have an application where users that already have an old version
installed tell me that they get a message saying the application
package was not signed properly. A fresh installation does work
without problems, so that I ask those who contact me to remove the old
version and do a fresh install. Still many others don't contact me and
simply leave a bad rating. And all have a bad user experience since
updating should be much easier.

After some search I found out that this might happen if a different
private key is used for signing - but this is not the case since I am
using the same key file for months now.

Anyone had the same issue and knows how to solve it?

Thanks in advance
