Hello, I need a function like:
setKeyboardBacklight(boolean state) .... to switch off the keyboard backlight of the G1. The Cupcake 1.5 update do not allow "permission.HARDWARE_TEST" to import this function. This is ok, but now G1 (white) users can't see the keys while daylight. So it would be nice if you can allow all G1 (white) users to patch this key issue and add this new function "setKeyboardBacklight(boolean state)" to the Cupcake 1.5 API in the next update.
