I had similar issues. I have no idea exactly how i fixed it. At some point i noticed i forgot to set the target for each project i have (target is 1.1 or 1.5) and after setting this, and after re-starting Eclipse, refreshing and rebuilding, the issue was resolved. I don't know if this was *the* fix, but at least part of it :-)
