Some users of my program are randomly experiencing a java.io.SyncFailedException on a call to java.io.FileDescriptor.sync() for a file held on an sdcard. Other than being out of space on the sdcard (which is a definite possiblity for at least some of the occurences, and definitely not for others), what could be the underlying cause of the exception?
