Hi, I'm trying to close the soft keyboard once a search button is clicked with:
// close soft keyboard InputMethodManager inputManager = (InputMethodManager) ShowSearchQuery.this.getSystemService(Context.INPUT_METHOD_SERVICE); inputManager.hideSoftInputFromWindow(editSearchQuery.getWindowToken(), InputMethodManager.HIDE_IMPLICIT_ONLY); where editSearchQuery is the EditText view for the search input. But the soft keyboard is not closing?
