The current draw isn't used by anything in the system, as far as I know, and
this is very far from being any kind of public API you are using, so I don't
think you can count on it doing much of anything.

Fyi, the G1 doesn't have hardware to measure the actual current draw, so
even if you did get a somewhat reasonable value from this, it is not going
to be all that accurate at all.
