I am very new to Android. I have been tasked with finding if Android 2.0 supports RS-232 communication programing. What is happening is, a device running Android will connect to another device via RS-232. This can be directly connected to a RS-232 port or via USB-to-RS232 converter. Now, I cannot find which java API I can use to develop Android application that can connect to the non-android device via RS-232 cable. Any help is highly appreciated.
