Hi, I am working on adding Bluetooth avrcp 3.0 support to an Android platform (the phone will be an avrcp target). I need to obtain song metadata information to pass to the avrcp controller. The platform I am working on uses a proprietary Bluetooth stack rather than open source BlueZ.
I saw that MediaPlaybackService has some useful methods and also some intents that are of use. My questions are: 1. Is this the way to go? 2. Is there a better source for this information?
