Well, I have to give some props over to Jason @ Big in Japan! I wanted
to share, as there is a rename feature in Eclipse listed under the
file->refactor menu

I just made a copy of my source. Then renamed the production to a new
demo namespace
had to update a few includes...

Then imported my production copy back in.. very nice..

Takes all of about 4-5 minutes.
