Greetings ~ in the past 24 hrs I've had 2 customers complain with the
following issue.  Someone from google please review and let me know
how this should be handled.

ISSUE:  Customer goes to purchase application and payment is declined
and consequently the app is not downloaded.  They try adding a
different credit card to complete the transaction but when they go to
"purchase" the app again the android marketplace does not provide an
option in "buy", instead it says "install".  They click install
thinking that maybe the order was successful after all.  WRONG.  The
app never downloads and if they cancel the download and go back to the
app it still only provides the "install" option.  The customer is
basically locked out from purchasing the app forever.

PLEASE HELP.
