I would like to add a kmz file (radar from this site, for instance - http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge/kmzgenerator.php) to my MapView. I can't find much, if any information about this. It sounds from various websites as if it's possible, but as of yet, no information on whether I can do it with the android api.
Would I have to roll my own? Is the functionality in development? Have I completely overlooked the way to do it?
