Actually I found the answer, so anyone with the same issues may find this useful. My error was caused by the localhost not being defined in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc And should contain this line : 127.0.0.1 localhost not what was there which was wierd, never saw this before; ::1 localhost Putting this line back allow me to debug.
