The Market application is proprietary, it belongs to Google. The
chances of this being made public are slim-to-none, I'd imagine.
Cyrket operates on a hack, and I wouldn't be surprised if at some
point Google decides to shut it down. As of now, Cyrket provides
something that Google has yet to provide and it enhances the exposure
and experience of Android, which I'd bet is be why Google has not yet
shut it down.
