If this is all running in the same .apk, I would strongly suggest just using static variables, shared preferences, or direct classes to interact between these parts. There is absolutely no need for aidl in that case, since aidl is for performing operations across processes.
The Local Service Binding and Local Service Controller API demos are a good place to start.
