Well, there is no "navigation" (in terms of turn-by-turn stuff) in Android, so you will not find much coverage on that. _Beginning Android_ and _The Busy Coder's Guide to Android Development_ have one chapter each on LBS and maps. _Professional Android Application Development_ has a chapter covering both.
