I am writing a game, and in it I would like to use the Android image (green robot thing that looks a bit like R2D2 as shown on the Google Groups heading and other Android literature) as a background.
I would like to be able to charge for the game on the Android Marketplace. Is this allowed? Would I have to pay royalties?
