I am writing a game, and in it I would like to use the Android image (green robot as shown on the Google Groups heading and other Android literature) as a background, and the android green color as the color of my game objects.
I would also like to use the name 'Android' in the name of the game (which will be something like 'Android-Ball' or something like that). I would like to be able to charge for the game on the Android Marketplace. Is this allowed? Would I have to pay royalties? Is there a copyright for the specific color of green?
