Does your PendingIntent have a unique requestCode?
eg:
private final int _id = (int) System.currentTimeMillis();
PendingIntent pendingIntent = PendingIntent.getBroadcast
(getApplicationContext(),
_id, i, PendingIntent.FLAG_ONE_SHOT);
