First, Let me apologize as AndCooper was going to be out sooner but I have been faced with an emotional family emergency. AndCooper alpha0.1 will be released this weekend and does have beginning support for webview web code development such as obfuscation, jlint analysis of javascript and etc.
A begining modified PMD ruleset for Android has been included and I expect to expand that ruleset for the 0.2 release of AndCooper. Project Link is: http://code.google.com/p/andcooper/ The AndCooper build tool can equally be run in both your IDE by pointing your javabuilder to use the scripts or manually or you can set your CI server to run the set of scripts.
