Hi, I really don't understand what the situation is:

Do you have a real Android mobile phone device?
[ ] YES
[ ] NO

Does touch / mouse click work when you install your program on the
emulator?
[ ] YES
[ ] NO

Does touch work when you install your program on a real device?
[ ] YES
[ ] NO
[ ] I don't have a real device. I only work on the emulator.

I think clearing these questions will make it easier for us to answer.
