Hi Roman, I think should support USIM and SIM card, The CLA 00 /A0 need
support in ME APDU, and also need support USIM/SIM application init process.
Case 1: In 2G network:
Inside a USIM card then ME should detect SIM card , due to
USIM card include some SIM files or is combo card
and USIM card will Compatible sim part.
Case 2 : In 3G network:
insert a SIM card, then ME using CLA A0 and process 2g
Authentication.
case 3 : In dual mode:
your USIM driver need detect USIM card in first (Using APDU CLA
0x00),if fail ,then using APDU CLA 0xa0 send to card.
