Hello, I have an application where I would like to be able derive a cell's MCC and MNC when I know only its LAC and CID. Deriving the MCC has been relatively easy (I think).
However, deriving the MNC is more complicated, for obvious reasons. I would appreciate it if anyone has any ideas/pointers/suggestions on how to go about doing this. Thanks.
