I've implemented instrumentation in order to generate clicks and key presses, and so far it's working pretty good. The only problem is, I'm using the com.android.contacts.EditContactActivity and com.android.contacts.ViewContactActivity. I'm using ActivityMonitor to see when an activity is created, but it doesn't seem to be working with those.
