I have been contacted by a Chinese company (NetDragon Websoft Inc - http://ir.netdragon.us). They tell me that the Chinese will not have access to Googles Android Market, they will only have access to a separate Chinese Android Market.
They told me I could send them my strings.xml file and they will translate it (which they now have), and then I can send them my apk file which they will upload to the Chinese Market. My game is free, so I don't see the harm, however, I don't want to violate any Google agreements. Does anyone have any advice on this? Is it ok for me to send my game to the Chinese?
