Technically speaking, it's possible to find 4 way orientations on the phone by sensor data.
For G1, since the keyboard only slides out one way, lefties can't really use it the other way around. For keyboard-less Android phones like G2 Magic and G3 Hero, definitely should support 4 way orientations. So far you can add orientation="sensor" in manifest and handle the layouts in your codes, but only land and port folders are not enough, need 2 more folders for upside down and clockwise 90 degrees rotation.
