Install AppsInstaller or AppManager from the market place.

Under settings/applications check "Unknown Sources".  This lets you
install apps outside the market place.

Copy the apk to your sd card.  Install from your phone.

In Settings/Locale & Text enable new IME "Touch Input"

Long press in a text-box, select Input Method, select Touch Input
