Has anyone been able to down load the android source code by following the recommended steps as noted on the android web page?
If so, how was that done, as the remote end is consistently terminating the connection. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Here is what dosn't work after multiple retries over the last couple of days: mkdir mydroid cd mydroid repo init -u git://android.git.kernel.org/platform/manifest.git repo sync Fetching projects: 6% (8/132) warning: no common commits remote: Counting objects: 16313, done. remote: Compressing objects: 100% (5270/5270), done. fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly MiB | 3 KiB/s fatal: early EOF fatal: index-pack failed --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
