Hello, I'm new to android dev. I would like to make a game.
I'm looking for a 2D game framework that handles all the opengl stuff, is such a thing existing ? I heard that submitting a game to the android market is not open to all countries, is that true ? I'm living in France is there a turn around to submit an appl to the market ?
