Yeah, it needs to be in the radar activity.  Trying to keep the screen on
while you are not in the foreground is...  questionable at best.  Best case,
the system kills your process while it is in the background and you are no
longer keeping the screen on.  Worst case, the user presses home and goes
somewhere else but your process is still there keeping their screen for
going to sleep.
