My child activity X is called from Parent activity P through startActivity(intent).
I want to close P when X called its finish() method. I override a method finishFromChild(Activity child) in P and called finish() in it. But this functions (finishFromChild(Activity child)) is not being called after X finish() Is it a known bug or I am missing some thing? I googled and also searched the groups but no help.
