i also found this problem. This issue happens 100% in the bellow scenario
Settings->Bluetooth Discover ON/OFF-> updates the timer -> Log press on Bluetooth Discover ON/OFF at that even your update summary thread will be running so it created the problem on which it has dependency. Solution is when your Bluetooth Discover ON/OFF pressed, destroy the thread. But i dont know how to check pressed state of preference. If you have already found the solution please let me.
