will the device wake up if there is a widget instance on the homepage but the widget provider or receiver is disabled?
If I have a widget instance on the home page, but if I were to disable the widget provider from receiving messages by disabling the component, and if I have no components receiving the messages targeted for that widget, will Android still wake up the device?
