Can someone please point me to document , which provides the requirement for data flow ?
from what i understand, the Android expects the Vendor RIL to assign the Network Provided IP-adress ( obtained as Part of PDP context activation ) to rmnet0 network interface . Is this interface used in the Android emulator ?
