hi ... i have the same problem: i dont want to change my xml-files or my code (e.g. the google maps key, which must be adapted to the signing key) when i am debugging or when i am releaseing. do you handle this situation with a clever script in your buildprocess? how does android detect if the signing key is the debug key? is it by the alias-name (which the eclipse ide uses)
