There should also be a rating for functionality. I've reviewed about 50 or so apps and at least 10 have had major malfunctions or didn't function at all. Things like force close, maps that were blank (probably no key) and buttons that had no function. There was even one that simply had "Hello, start activity" and that's it. Rather than sounding like a sour puss and giving all one stars, it would be more appropriate to just indicate it plain didn't work at all.
