Of course the other problem is that there are clearly devs gaming the system. In entertainment this is particularly a bummer. I wish I could switch categories .... BubbleBeats is surrounded by sexy girls and 'soundboards' ... both of which contain collections of content that seems to violate copyright laws. Some version of this seems to always be on top of 'just in'.
Despite getting a few really nice reviews the biggest bump I get in terms of downloads is when my app is at the top of the 'just in' list.
