Yes, actually I followed the instructions at

Actually no, despite it saying

beforehand.

Actually, it doesn't show it.  What I meant was that it's not throwing
an error.

Thanks for the input.  I'll use some Google-fu to figure out what's
going on with the adb fork-server.
