Thank you Mark.  This has tamed my WebView tab!  I had my own layout
for the "tab" activity and I guess it was defeating the "content in
tab" that I was hoping for.  Although... I have a specific layout for
each of the other tab activities and they do not take over all the
screen real estate.  Is this something peculiar to the WebView
control?
