Hi, I've got a few questions regarding the Network location provider, since the Android JavaDocs leave some things unspecified.
1. Can the Network provider return a Location that doesn't have any accuracy? (E.g. where hasAccuracy() is false?) I ask, because I’ve seen this logcat message every once in a while: "D/ LocationMasfClient( 1056): getNetworkLocation(): Returning cache location with accuracy -1.0" 2. If Network Locations can be without accuracy, what causes that to happen? (Perhaps IP address based locations?) Have there been any changes in Android 1.6 that would make this happen more frequently? Thanks, Carter --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
