Hi, I am having trouble upgrading my SDK 1.6 to 2.0 on my laptop. My laptop is behind my company's firewall and when I try to install the new SDK components using the Android SDK and AVD Manager, I get this error saying "Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: Connection timed out: connect". I tried all methods, using Eclipse, using command 'android.bat update sdk' and also directly running 'SDK Setup.exe'.
Please help! I need to get this new SDK running ASAP. Thanks, Abhi On Oct 27, 12:45 pm, Xavier Ducrohet <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello everyone! > > We've just announced the Android 2.0 > SDKhttp://android-developers.blogspot.com/2009/10/announcing-android-20-... > > If you already have the 1.6 SDK, note that you can simply use the SDK > Manager to add Android 2.0 to your SDK.
