Same here: Top 50% but did not make it. WorldTime has been published on Market (as WorldWideTime) in September. It has reached rank #9 in "Travel" category in 3 weeks according to http://androidstats.com/ranking/application/13459 but it's not in top 20 of ADC2 travel category.
