I am having problems installing my app package onto new Driod phone.
adb devices is returning the following...
?????????????? no permissions
defined the rules file 51-andorid.rules for motorola on my ubuntu.
SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device", SYSFS{idVendor}=="22b8", MODE="0666"
no recognition of the device.
